FIRST VISIT
The first visit consists of the following and takes approximately 1 hour:
- Brief Video explaining the Ideal Protein Program
- Review your health history and determine goals
- Explain the Ideal Protein Protocol and answer any questions
- Weigh, Measure, and take a "Before" picture
- Receive Food for the first week
- Schedule weekly follow-up Appointments

they can be completed it in the convenience of your own home or office.
